By enrolling in a program at Idaho Technical Trades School (“ITTS”) using a financing option or payment plan, you (“Student”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply in conjunction with the Financing Agreement provided by the third-party lender or provider and serve as an official policy of ITTS for all students using financing.
1. Program Enrollment & Tuition

The advertised full total price of tuition for each program (HVAC Technician or Appliance Repair) is $3,999. What each student agrees to may be more or less than this.

This includes access to all digital training materials, required certification exams (EPA 608, OSHA 10), and 12-month LMS access.

Tuition is paid through one of the following methods:

Full payment via credit card or ACH; or
-
A third-party financing arrangement or internal payment plan.

2. Non-Refundable Minimum Fee
Once a student logs into the course platform, a minimum non-refundable fee of $799 applies, regardless of course completion or cancellation status. This fee covers course setup, LMS access, and fixed administrative costs.
3. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your enrollment within 5 business days of signing up, known as the “Cooling-Off Period.”

If you have not logged into the course, a full refund minus a $25 transaction fee will be issued.

If you have logged in, the $799 minimum fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: support@idahotechtrades.com.
4. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period
For Students Who Paid in Full:

Refunds are pro-rated based on the percentage of course completed, minus the $799 minimum fee.
Example: If you completed 25% of the course, your refund would be:
$3,200 × (1 - 0.25) = $2,400
For Students Using Financing or Payment Plans:
-
You will owe:
$799 + (% of course completed × $3,200) -
If you paid more than you owe, a refund will be issued for the difference.

If you paid less than the calculated amount, the outstanding balance must be paid within 30 days.

No refund will be processed until the minimum $799 has been paid.
5. Course Completion Measurement

Your progress is automatically tracked within the Learning Management System (LMS).

The refund or balance due is calculated using your completion percentage as of the date of written cancellation.
6. Military Cancellation Policy
If you are called to active duty in the U.S. military or Idaho National Guard:

You may receive a pro-rata refund or
-
Pause your enrollment and resume your program later.

Submit proof of active orders to: support@idahotechtrades.com.
7. Course Access Upon Cancellation

Your access to the LMS and all related content is terminated immediately upon cancellation.

No support or reactivation will be provided unless you re-enroll.
8. Financing & Third-Party Lenders

hese Terms operate in conjunction with your third-party financing agreement.

Any late fees, penalties, or collections related to the financing provider are the responsibility of the Student.

ITTS does not modify lender agreements or interfere with repayment schedules.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing law
-
Disputes about course completion, refunds, or balances owed will first be mediated by ITTS.

If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to binding arbitration in Boise, Idaho under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
